Based on load capacity, mezzanine racks can be categorized into medium-duty and heavy-duty types:
Medium-duty Mezzanine Rack: Commonly uses 55×55×1.5mm upright columns, suitable for scenarios with moderate loads such as automotive 4S shops and electronics factories;
Heavy-duty Mezzanine Rack: Upright column specifications reach 80×60×2.0mm or above, with P-shaped closed beams, suitable for storing heavier goods.
The floor spacing is typically 2.2m~2.7m, with a top layer height of approximately 2m, balancing storage efficiency and operational convenience.
The floor load capacity usually ranges from 300kg to 1000kg per square meter, with each shelf unit layer supporting up to 500kg.
